Finally my dishwasher broke down(01-Jul-21), hanging in same state, probably due to PCB failure order date:25-Jul-19 so just 2years warranty was about to expire Raised complaint, engg who visited promptly 1-2 days after was illiterate of dishwasher as he did not even know how to open Damaged my dishwasher at edges with rough handling of panel and finally did nothing So he went and closed complaint "customer not responding" Again and again they are doing same in spite of me calling them and mobile/sms/email/home are always available Its a cheater company, also product was used moderately with care yet failed I do not recommend now Voltas products due to cheating in service

Maybe they are new in Dishwasher?
Although Voltas ACs are good in performance, but salesperson keep saying Voltas service is not good

Beko is a Turkish brand, and they are reliable in kitchen/home appliances. Voltas and Beko entered a joint venture.

They did some sort of name sake repair and closed my ticket, now company warranty elapsed though I have extended warranty from onesite but am scared of their service also. Machine not working as it used to, detergent compartment not opening automatic and door latch also faulty these company people never listened as I did not mention in online complaint but told them in every visit. Since company warranty was expiring in a month they kept quite and now closed ticket. Machine was rusting inside and paint was hiding it, during their mis-handling paint chipped off and reality is out pensive

I should have gone for Bosch or LG

Do not buy, its build quality is worst, once they opened machine truth came out;
have used it the best way in best place yet
My machine suddenly stops, kind of hangs in one state like trying to pull water or something and does not work for 4-5 days no matter what u try and then suddenly one day starts working

I have this, although just 2 months old and is a life saver and doesn’t have any issues and the build quality is nice for the price 19999, i bought during sale at 14k effective. Is not 100% effective compared to Manual but good enough for the task and is highly recommended. @this.person.actually
