Which model is it?
I also had my VU Masterpiece LED tv's board replaced due to some problem. Now, again 01 out of 2 usb port of new motherboard is not working.
But its under warranty for next 8-9 months. So I will tru to again replace motherboard at end of warranty.

It's Vu premium Led Tv.... It can be a motherboard issue for me as well if it's not working?

How old is it? Try to sell off old TVs before 3 years use.
Worst problem with VU, Hisense India is that they dont even provide Flash firmware, so we can try to fix ourself. So sell off these tvs within 3 years.

Very easy fix, happened with my Tv last month. Local technican fixed it for 1200. Don't call Vu support, they want 800 just to visit.

I went to the local technician shop and they told me about the issues with the backend LED. They have replaced it and charged me 3500
