idfc has brilliant support btw, even better than hdfc. just do a video call in app and problems get solved, for closure probably they will ask you to visit bank.

Yes many good features in HDFC. Best one is Super Refined Net banking 🏦 & APP Experience.

I have pre approved HDFC CC, but I am not even considering it.
But I might get IDFC CC mostly due to the movie offer

I was attempting an online payment through netbanking in December payment got deducted but failed on payment gateway no refund till now more than one month passed raised complaint but closed without refund such horrible service I am getting from idfc

I have also requested to you stay with IDFC also because in HDFC no value for existing customers.

because I have more than 5 years old account/customer with preferred and given Freedom CC (3 yr ago) but today is received the mail for upgrading to the Milenia CC but not lifetime free.

So think, Lifetime free is given non-HDFC and new customers but not provided the existing customer, so no value of an existing customer.

I requested to stay balanced in IDFC and it’s given a better offer than the HDFC. Nowadays HDFC started to cut the offer and reduce the discount by only giving 5% offers for groceries and others.  

So, Now day HDFC bank game is our for a new offer or highly offer only use your money.

Getting this error from one month now.

I find hdfc debit cards to be most useful. Platinum cc gives 1% cashback on credit card payments. Millenia gives 1% for wallet load. Customer service is required like once or twice a year(at least to me) and that wouldn’t be the only reason I stick with idfc which doesn’t even have reward point structure on debit cards. Not to forget 5% smartbuy cashback on debit cards

stick with idfc. hdfc is now sick old man..
