May be due to weak capacitor. Motor consumes more current than rated power in case of weak capacitor.

Hi,
Can anyone suggest me any water cooler with BLDC motor? Current water cooler are consuming 200 watt per hour.. I think BLDC motor should consume less power.. or any suggestions for good cooler..
