Suppose if anyone face any error at airline site while webcheckin, then??

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, as per the government guidelines for air travel, web check-in is mandatory. All passengers are required to check-in online from 72 hours for flights within India and from 48 hours for International flights until 2 hours before the departure of their flights.

Effective December 29, 2020 non-chargeable seats are available for web check-in from 17th Row onwards within 24 hrs. of flight departure on first come first serve basis. Rs.100 will be charged as facilitation fee for check-in at the airport.

No ,thats not true  taken a flight 2 months back ,there was not any charge .

charge is only if you fail to web checkin.

but main concern is – what if Airline Website not working/supporting?

We need to prove that website was down or getting errors?

Airport staff does co-operate?

If someone is flying with a family, they have to pay high amount..
