and yes as @cocay said, you can start your website journey with blogger, it’s the best place to start and it’s completely Free too..
Go for it 1st and after you get used to with the basics, then you can go for other platforms..

Go for WordPress, it’s the most versatile website maker. So, you’ll get available options if themes, plugins (most important) and for any type of issues faced in the website you’ll find available options of solutions in different YouTube videos or some online forums..
Wix is still quite new and that’s why it has limited resources on the internet..
But, if you want to avoid all the technical works and just want a simple website which is very easy to build, go for Wix.
Because setting up WordPress and it’s layouts are a bit more complicated than Wix.
Conclusion: If you want to learn, experiment, want to enhance your website with different tools and techniques, go for WordPress
and if you want to make a simple website with less headache, go for Wix
