Fellow dimers in January i applied for axis neo card which got delivered on february 2 later on 3rd february i made my first transaction which entitles me for some welcome benefits like amazon and blinkit gift cards worth Rs 250 each, zomato pro subscription and tata 1mg subscription within 45-60 days from 1st transaction date. Now more than 60 days has been passed and i have complained multiple times to axis but everytime they issue service request and closes it without giving any response. Till now i have complained 3 times but haven’t received any response so finally today i wrote an email to axis nodal officer. Previously axis customer care were saying we have sent a SMS on registered number containing link for welcome benefits but I haven’t received any SMS and now they are saying wait till april 22nd, what can i do next is their any other way to claim those welcome benefits. Earlier someone mentioned here on desidime that a website is their for claiming those welcome benefits which is axis thriwe but it is asking for membership ID for registering and i don’t have it kindly help me out

Sorry bro don’t have idea about the welcome benefits via axis thriwe. Like others said hope nodal officer or ombudsan help you out. Also if they are saying SMS is sent, they should be able to send it again right ?

Not having any axis card but their customer as poor as expected. Write another email to nodal officer mentioning you will escalate it to rbi ombudsman if issue not resolved soon.

I think, only if u pay any fees… U are eligible for those benefits…

I got the card last year for free so i didn’t get those benefits…

Go to axis website & check card details… I remember, it was mentioned over there…

I am facing the same issue now, I spoke to customer service team. They ve sent me a SMS, asked me to click on it. it has redirected to page related to axis bank benefits asking me to register, there the 1st column is Membership ID, can you help me with that?
