Yes these levels nowadays does not mean they are trustworthy at all.
Posting stupid news etc. Etc.every now and then , and getting bunch of there likes onboard , making poltical or insane comments and other ways ,begging karma , and becoming lieutenant is easy. Timepass ones climb this ladder fast.
Don’t blindly trust.
