What card should i add for fuel and offline spends?

I am currently holding these cards:
1. ICICI Amazon
2. ICICI Coral Amex
3. Amex MRCCC
4. Amex SmartEarn
5. Axis FK
6. SBI Vistara Prime
7. SC Digismart
8. HDFC Diners Black
9. SBI Cashback
I am thinking of closing the ICICI Coral and Axis FK. What card should I add to these? was waiting for ltf offer on neu infinity but still showing joining fee free after 3-4 months of use. Are fuel cards from axis/icici any good?

Get ICICI or idfc fastag.
Pay via fastag balance using hp pay app at ho petrol bunks.
Recharge fastag with the card that gives you best return.

SBI Cashback gives 5% CB on ICICI / IDFC Fastag recharge via Park+ (Parivom Technologies - Merchant Name)

Close coral and get hpcl super saver from icici, 5% cashback on fuel spends and 20x reward points on utility and departmental store spends upto 400 rp per month or u can get axis indiaoil card if it's ltf
