Apply directly instead of C2C. Can try for SBI cards through Sbi sprint, Amz ICICI or Fk axis (15k Club).

As far as I know, IDFC, BOB, Yes, and SBI OLA got online C2C. This is 9-10 months old info. Maybe more are allowing online C2C now. Meanwhile, SBI introduced Sprint a few months ago. I'm not sure if it has a C2C option.
When it comes to offline, most allow except a few , but then the variants they allow depend on existing CC limit, age, and few other things. And then there are which don't allow C2C like American Express, HSBC, UBI, et cetera.

I got easy rupay..... My one card lite was 6 months old when I applied for bank of baroda card..... Applied online.... In place of itr/ income proof.... Uploaded bank statement and credited card statement instead.... They again mailed for itr/salary slip on mail... There also sent cc statement, bank statement and credit card back showing cc number and validity of card....
My limit of one card was 31400 got limit of 34000 on bob easy card and for me... No verification was done.... Physical or office or any call verification.... I had bank of baroda savings-account

Anyone knows if Amazon pay ICICI accepts card on card basis application.
I was trying to apply few months back as it showed no docs required in amazon but to go through video kyc it's asking for itr & computation of income so is it gonna work if I upload cc statement & bank statement?
