What does it mean "Closed-Obligations Met" in loan account

I have a business loan with  NBFC..I have paid the outstanding amount and there is a dispute between me and nbfc regarding some penalty charges..

I didn't paid those invalid penalty charges.. yesterday i checked loan account and they marked it as "

"Closed-Obligations Met"

What does it mean in CIBIL Terms? Will they update it as CLOSED or SETTLED?

No idea regarding this CIBIL. But I suggest just throw money at them. Pay all those charges. Its baseless to discuss this with them. I faced lot of issues with Dhani. Just got fed up. For Mental peace, I just think I donated money. Thier call sms harassment for these charges is another task.
