Plantronics 3220. Good noise cancellation, Teams certified and inline controls. Not suitable for long hours though.
What earphones / headphones do you use for Office (Microsoft Teams) calls? And why?
I personally use the Samsung Level U2 (loved the U as well and have that too). This is due to its Non-Ear Canal design and neckband so it can rest on my neck when not in use. Also, battery life is pretty good and multi point is a very valuable feature for me.

I use Jabra Evolve 20. Very comfortable for long hours as well. Comes with both USB and 3.5mm jack options.

I don't think level U/U2 have any sort of dual or triple mic system to cancel background noise (not sure). I make sure that in teams I have selected option to reduce background noise and I personally see that my room isn't noisy.
@rak007 how is noise cancellation on level U and U2?
