Have not seen agarsh create topics in 'deals'.

And people in desidime are often salty, sometimes sweet, sometimes nutty.. so then DesiDime would/should pay 95% GST for every post, every reaction (vote) and every login attempt (whether successful or not).
And pass on the tax liability to the users.
