As per your record we checked their is no such shares are pledged no need to worry and We also checked your MTF is active and hence you are receiving pledge link.
Seems like you mistakenly tried to pledge your holdings..
Anyways, if you don’t authenticate this by verifying your details nothing will happen i suppose

Yes. But do contact your broker & ask why would you have received this email. It might be a case he mistakenly tried to pledge the holdings.
