An ETF or Exchange-Traded Fund, is a type of mutual fund that is traded on stock exchange

Niftybees is an ETF of Nippon MF which tracks Nifty index

both are same, just one brand within ETF called Nippon got popular for "Nifty product"

Niftybees is a NIFTY ETF of Nippon India which is now owned by Reliance group. No difference vai. 

Niftybees has highest liquidity among all nifty etfs & less tracking error. 

And SBI Nifty ETF has the highest AUM.
