Recently I updated my Oppo phone to ColorOs Android version 13 (new security patched)
Since then I am getting spam notifications. I have tried turning OFF the notification but still everyday I am getting these spam notifications. Please check below screenshots. There is only option for turning off the notification. Could someone please help to find out the exact culprit?
When I click on more settings, I get below screen.

I have disabled all notifications in each and every browser. So pretty sure it's not from any browser.
This are the recent app which has sent me notifications.
We can clearly see my Phone has sent me notification 2 hours before. But unable to disable that as it is greyed.
Has this happened with anyone before. So it's clear Oppo is sending me spam messages. So how to disable it now?
May be some unknown app installed who is sending such notifications
