1 boul rice powder + half spoon turmeric powder. You can change quantity as per your experience.
Mix with some water to make a paste-like solution.
Rub it on your body, can leave for 1-3 min, and wash.
it gives you scrub-like results.

Also soap is not good to the body if used daily , because if used daily it kills good bacteria and germs from our body which are necessary , also daily use makes your skin dry howsoever soft and supple soap used , also scrubbing Tons of Unnecessary Chemicals in form of soap on body is harmful in long run .
Same applies for Shampoos.Twice or Thrice a week is ok depending upon the environment one is .
Remember just plain water washes more than 80% of dirt and germs from our body .
So don’t Fall for advertisements ,they will claim to use it twice a day .
Using soap to wash body(now in recent year body shower gel) since birth, parents are using since their birth same with grandparents, no dry skin problems or any other skin problems for us(Although for some people in small percentage, it could make skin dry. So they have to use soap with moisturizing agent or in low quality).
You must need any kind of Soap molecules in your washing agent to kill Viruses. Remember all that ayurvedic turmeric, neem etc can only kills bacteria, not any kind Viruses(for that either alcohol or soaping agent).
Also I also must need to say against this new WhatsApp universities gyaan. The Only bacteria that is useful for our body lives inside our body in Intestine(so don’t drink any soap, lol). No useful germs/bacteria lives in outside the body (in skin). All those bacteria/Viruses/fungi are very harmful for our body.
So if you don’t want to use any soaping agent then it’s fine but please don’t spread this new kind of misinformation(WhatsApp gyaan) that our outer body has Any kind of Good bacteria (Obviously all kind of virus are bad ), No it’s not.
Dettol skincare ( in monsoon)
Dove ( in winters)
Cinthol Lime / Dettol cool / Liril ( in summers)

As per my own research and experiments, people who use soap/hand wash multiple times in a day have more chance to fall ill/have skin issues/allergies compared to those who do not use soaps. I observed this before and throughout the Corona period.
I can see people/kids around me visit doctors more often than me/my kids.
I and my family have not visited the doctor for the last 4 yrs, no occasionally common fever/cold, etc.
And I stopped using soap 5 yrs ago. A Rare chance of fall ill.
You can improve immunity via different ways, and this way works best for me. Very cost-effective and nature-friendly.
And, no need to call other views “WhatsApp Gyaan”, you can say what you think without taunting others.
Respect everyone’s views.

Yup True
Research tells that we shouldn’t even bath daily.

You are only spreading wrong information. Thousands of years we have used soap made by natural ingredients. Now with all chemical our skin is getting affected surely. Also please read about human Skin Microbiota.
“Our skin is home to millions of bacteria, fungi and viruses that compose the skin microbiota. Similar to those in our gut, skin microorganisms have essential roles in the protection against invading pathogens, the education of our immune system and the breakdown of natural products. As the largest organ of the human body, skin is colonized by beneficial microorganisms and serves as a physical barrier to prevent the invasion of pathogens. In circumstances where the barrier is broken or when the balance between commensals and pathogens is disturbed, skin disease or even systemic disease can result. Human skin sites can be categorized by their physiological characteristics, that is, whether they are sebaceous, moist or dry. Studying the composition of the microbiota at different sites is valuable for elucidating the aetiology of common skin disorders, which often have a preference for specific skin sites, such as eczema inside the elbow and psoriasis on the outside of the elbow.”
If we disturb the diversity of essential Microbiota of our skin we will result in minor to major disease. So better to go for natural based soaps than chemical ones, and better to use Natural based homemade things like besan flour, rice flour, sheeyakai for head etc. But this all takes time to apply during our bath. so we are going for instant quick fix called soap. in that too better to use many homemade soaps from traditional vendors who use natural ingredients.
Khadi Natural and other khadi like soaps. I find a lot of them have a very pleasant, natural smell.

The most important factor to be considered in soap quality is its total fatty matter (TFM). Higher the TFM quantity in the soap, better is its quality. As per BIS, Grade 1 soaps should have 76 per cent minimum TFM, while Grade 2 and Grade 3 must have 70 per cent and 60 per cent minimum TFM, respectively.
There is a government tribal store near me I try different soaps from there. Currently using Himalayan blends lavender soap from them.
Sab baatein hi karte rahoge ya koi demo bhi post karega?

Where do we find which soap is under which grade? Just google or other source.
Btw recently bought two packs of 125g*4 soaps of Santoor as it was under superb deal. Now thinking whether I should use Grade 2 soap 😔😂.
jaguarfree wrote:Santoor is Grade 2 soap so avoid this. Godrej is Grade 1 as well as cheap
This Godrej is shocking and surprising for me. These soaps are cheapest in offline stores like DMART and online too. Being Grade 1 soap and from famous company, not sure why this is not in top list of soaps.

On amazon you can see images of soap wrapper, it is mentioned on each soap’s wrapper.

True, Godrej might be using idea of mass manufacturing and providing products at less price. Actually Indian mentally is such if something is cheap then they think there might be some problem with it or it is of low quality.
Biggest example is Tata Nano.

Avoid antiseptic soaps on regular basis .

NO SOAP at all!
Stopped using soap and shampoos for 5 yrs in the love of our beloved nature and my own body/health.
Using Rice powder + Turmeric mix.
And for hair, occasionally washing with curd’s water or mattha/chaaj.
RESULT is not a single skin issue, no issue in summer seasons, etc. Feeling better immunity.
