I mean, at times of difficulties/ depression/anxiety, what is your goto formula to cheer up/chill? What qoute gets you going or a special hack you know that makes u feel better? Or things you listen to/ or a video you revisit? This would be very helpful…..

Getting anxious about certain things is normal. 1st time, speech on stage, interview for job etc etc.

5) Getting depressed and recovering is normal life cycle just like menstrual cycle. You can’t avoid it (unless on contraceptives, pregnant and <10 , >50 old)

1) First thing first, make peace with your environment. Be it a dog who poops at your doorstep everyday, or some unknown who dumped garbage in your garden, learn to ignore and forgive.

2) Stop reacting to everything that you see, hear, or sense. So if something is dirty, crass, idiotic, learn not to explode.

3) Start believing everything that is there in this instance is for some reason but everything that is there, is not to be under your guided control.

4) Don’t give high priority to standard of living. Because everyone around us is not in the same position, and will never see the way the things you are seeing and this only creates frustration.

5) The way you are seeing things now will be altered the way you will be seeing that thing later so don’t hold your own perceptions in high valued esteem.

6) Don’t fight for dead Gods, religions, ex-girlfriends, illiteracy and petty issues which will occupy space and time in your brain.

A lot of what I exactly feel, is written in a book called – Don’t sweat the small stuff & everything is a small stuff. Try to read that if you can. It’s available on Google Books for less than 100

7) I don’t know if you heard about Shanti Mantras glorified in most of the religions for invoking peace but i have a very simple peace Mantra for controlling anger, frustration which is 100% true for me.

When I am seriously frustrated, troubled and angered, I go to a quiet, secluded place and shout out loudly -
Tel lene jaao sab ke sab, yaa Bhaad mein jaao, mujhe koi fark nahin padta

Nobody can tell you what feels you better. Its only u who knows everything about yourself. Find happiness within u. Btw, when I feel down, I do

1.meditation
2.listening music what i like
3. Talking with my best friends and discussing about old funny days
4. Playing cricket or any other game what I like the most
5. Spent time with my family

👉 Imagine a better future. Think that the world is becoming joyous and that better days are coming. Slowly, these things will happen.

Be happy whatever the condition is. 😊☺️

Stop giving a damn to everything and anything, you will feel relaxed.

You will have to find your own way, so practice 10-15 ways
and pick 2-3 ninja ways which actually works for you 🤐

If most of the times you are in anxiety then consult a doctor without a wait.
He will prescribe you beta blockers or similar, and this works within 30 minutes grinning

….I have personally used beta blockers after consultation.

I ll try to be as honest as possible, as this is based upon my own experiences. There are different kind of difficult times, I ll categorise them in to different parts.
Exam like situation
Planning and practice through out the year ll be the only savior. Can’t seek peace at this time, too much peace ll make us procrastinate, can’t risk that. So, work your ass off, listen to patriotic songs or songs which give you inspiration. That strategy works. But we need to sacrifice other things like stupid chats on whatsapp, discussion on crush etc. If we believe in God, then please believe God more n more. Taking small step at a time will work. After completion of the task, the gratification is worth the effort put.

Hospital like situation
Temple, Mosque, Church, Gurudwara etc have one common thing, they are so peaceful when you inside them. Spirituality allows us to make peace with certainties of life, which are birth n death. 🙂 Planning the expenses before helps a lot.

Stranded like situation
Don’t panick. Keeping wit together helps. Drinking water n peeing regularly feels like heaven. 😁😁 And knowing the drill gonna help.

Accidental situation
It’s a very traumatic experience, and every second counts. Assess the situation. Look around. People usually help, ask for help. Debit cards, credit cards come with certain insurance coverage, one gotta learn prior to utilise them. If another person is in trauma, we can assist them. We must contact insurance agency immediately n report the issue with photographic evidences. One must learn to use first aid beforehand. I think there ll be an entire chapter solely on this.

Break up situation
If the person is worth fighting for then one must go after the person, otherwise one has to move on. Friends help definitely. 🙂🙂🙂

Being Bullied like situation
Standing up for oneself is the best solution. Talking to the elders gonna help. Sometimes a punch or two ll work wonders. And sometimes the boss is the bully. One has to just thicken the skin. Workplace bullying is very common. People often bully the socially inept. Fortunately, MNCs have special departments to handle it discreetly.

Life Jhand ho gayi like situation ( Life’s gotten ruined like situation)
Bhai making peace with situation ll help. External motivation evaporates quicker than anything, as it often motivates people to procrastinate. We can’t possibly do anything for the time spent until now. We must assess our situation, possibly take some career counseling, must have faith in something n we must remain optimistic. Everything ll be alright if we do things in a right way. 🙂🙂🙂

Only solution is to go to a therapist. We have to see a professional. Yoga, prayers are preventive method. But once we go down the slippery road, there is no escape.

And bhai positivity n negativity are two sides of life, and nobody escapes from them. How do we react to them, defines us. Work done during negative phase brings us decades of prosperity and wealth accrued during stress-free positive phase prepares us to face the negative phase. And one must prepare oneself for it. Stress, depression, anxiety are our natural bodily reaction to certain situation, and we will react the way we have trained ourselves. So, training matters. For example, I have lost 5% of capital deployed in trading today, training says, stop, start tomorrow. Otherwise I will just take bad trades n bust the capital, which I have done many times. So, taking rest is very important. And does music help? I don’t know because I am extremely passionate about it. So, I prefer working in quiet environments, otherwise music would get stuck in my head n I would get frustrated..😔😔😔

Be aware of anxiety, dont let it subconsciously change your actions and remember to acknowledge that this is how it is.
