I have seen some discussion about debit cards giving 1% on paying CC bill, but wanted to know what’s the best one that almost anyone can have
HDFC easy shop platinum card will get you 1% upto 750rs per month if the bill is paid via HDFC billpay. Billpay doesn’t support HDFC CC.
Charges
750+taxes for regular account holders.
LTF for savings max account holders and premium banking customers.
I recently paid few cc bills but did not got 1% cashback.
all debit cards are easy to get.
I came across a recent ad from RBL. They mentioned some 1% unlimited cb on all debit card spends, alongside some above-standard interest rates on the account ( 6%)

RBL reduced their Savings interest rate from 1 December 2021

Almost all debit cards are free as well. (based on account varient that you have). And hassle free as well .

HDFC easy shop platinum card is not free. You need to have LTF for savings max account holders and premium banking customers, and most of these need a particular AMB which I hardly keep most of my money in just a bank account. I try to keep them rotated and also most of them are invested in other places. So I’m looking for cards that are actually easily to get with less AMB or other FD restrictions.
