As usual, “claims of medical negligence”. In India, when things go wrong, at last blame the doctor or come up with a conspiracy theory.
Edit- acc to comments, he had access to ICU and ventilator. What more can one want at this time in the country. Today, ICU is a goldmine and Ventilator gold.
