Since some days i am getting stones which are White in colour....
I have dissolved salt in water and done a check and found heavy stones ...
Have you experienced this anyway??

टाटा नमक
use normal iodised salt - less than 5g/ day
Request everyone not to use low (Na+)sodium salt as it has high Mg & it will definitely cause renal complications in future. If u r having kidney disease then stay away from these pink salts
नमकीन वाला! हम तो नमकीन नमक प्रयोग करते हैं।
Salty one! We use the ones which are salty in taste.
Sab tarah ka khaate hein hum. Tata Salt, Kaala namak, Sendha Namak, daal mein patthar bhi aaye toh woh bhi kha lete hein agar chab jaaye toh.
Daal me patthar..... kidney Stones.
No. That stone will not go to kidneys. It ll pass through stool. 🙂🙂🙂
We use 2 salts.
Iodized Crystal salt (Any brand):
15 rupees or so. My mother is habitual of this salt for some recipes
Salt Lite (Tata or Saffola):
40 rupees or so. For lesser sodium content
Right now lunn dessert salt
Nacl
Nathmal Ambadas Chemicals Limited makes salt too¡ I did not know!
Jo online mil jaye
Himalyan pink salt. Puro, bigbasket etc.
It was always called Lahori naman in desi areas.. till marketing spin doctors plucked up the nomenclature.
.
Those (coppery colour crystals) pinkish powered form salt has maximum/ cheap extraction/ cheap labour.. Deposits in the hills/ under earth mines.. in the Sindh province.. of what is now called Paakistan.
.
But we elect spineless cockroaches to our parliaments, and thus it is possible for Tom, Ramakrishn Yadav, Harry to market it as 'Himalayan'.. even when the item does not come from even the foothills around the Himalayas.
.
Prices like Tata.. even named a bottled water brand as 'Himalaya'.
.
Often claiming that they regularly rape the aquifers in and around the Himalayas.
.
But often there are vendors (of Tata) who also have bottling plants which are thousands of kilometres away.
Unlikely that such bottling plants use the water from those aquifers.
Those who are confused about which Salt should be used.. please check this..
Tata RockSalt
Rock salt

Moved to Rock Salt (Puro/Tata) after knowing that the Tata salt we consumed for decades is actually derived from 'chemical waste' at Tata Chemicals!!
Anyways, I avoid salt consumption wherever possible.
Tata super lite 30% low sodium
dandi salt.
Use
HIMALYAN PINK SALT
Well since I came to know about the benefits of Pink Salt, I prefer to use it instead of any Iodise salt.
Tata or Aashirwad whichever cost is low
