Tonight I got a notification that I’m logged out of what’s app and my number is not registered on my phone…when I tried to verify my number i faced a error that ur no. is banned from using what’s app please contact support….I don’t know why they banned my number…I already e-mailed them….has anyone faced this problem?

Relax. If you haven’t done anything wrong, they will lift the ban when you write to them. It happened with my mom’s whatsapp account. She barely uses it, and the account got banned. After writing to them via “contact support on whatsapp”, she is able to login. I’m not sure if that’s a technical glitch or intended.

I was banned once while ago. I was running around 20+ agri groups that time. Some people used to report it while leaving. Also, I might have used it in android emulator. Myself and my dad was using the same mobile with two whatsapp numbers. Not so sure which one caused the ban.

Then I put a request and waited for a while. I have shared details about my group and the benefit for the users, etc. via email. After sometime they lifted my ban. But not sure why they banned me.

Now I no longer use Whatsapp or any other IM laughing
