1-Dimes are real money (digital) - u can redeem it against online vouchers, like az,fk etc.
You can earn those only by posting deals and winning in contests/spins.
2. Gold dimes are virtual money which can be used to claim against digital gold 
(useless tbh).
You can earn by just commenting and posting deals .
3- karma is appreciation kind of thing which u will earn by posting deals and helping other felow dimers.
