WhatsApp delays new privacy policy by three months amid severe criticism

WhatsApp has delayed implementing its revised privacy policy after it received backlash from its users within a week. In a series on tweets, the company confirmed that it is pushing back the date from February 8, 2021, to until May, for now.

WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram etc all are not charitable trust. How Signal or Telegram or other free messeging app earning and spending money on developer and servers.
They all must be using user data to generate revenue.
