Whatsapp Video Issue

I’ve a video 2.54 min, 26 MB that I need to send.
When I send it to a contact, the progress circle shows video uploaded till 50% but no mobile data is consumed. At 51% onwards it starts uploading data (shows mobile data speed) till 100%. At exactly 100%, it goes back to 51% and starts uploading again and repeats. I’ve given up after it went back to 51% five times…
What could be the issue?

That’s strange. I’m also using Jio.
I also noticed that it’s asking me to select any 1:50 clip from the entire video. This is even strange. Never asked before….

Happened with me yesterday. I was using Jio network and it keep doing drama. I changed data to Airtel and video went without any error. Don’t know what was the problem but changing internet worked.
