arpit.ak.kum...

I live in Noida. Want like 250g to 300g or 2 pieces.

On Fresh to home right now it's price at Rs 1100 and no coupons available. Last year I bought it under Rs 700 with coupons.

Indian Salmon is called Ravas. Uska taste bilkul alag hota hai

Atlantic wali kha kar dekho. Nasha ho jayega.

Ha ha ha, nasha hi karni hai to 700 mein middle range standard daaru ki bottle mil jayega (don't drink anymore personally).

Anyway, good luck finding... @arpit.ak.kumar534

Like the various hues in a colour pencil box, there are various types of nasha.

Always resisted having even 'cod liver oil' capsules.. even when my own elders or family suggested it.. in my childhood.

I had ailments, medical conditions.

‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏

Alwzys saw grandmothers or others not even consume (perhaps 'taamsik') garlic, onions.

‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏

And I pat myself on the back that even in countries where primarily non vegetarian lifestyles are practiced by all humans... I could manage to survive on papaya, kela, milk or desi 'khaakra'.. but not try even their cheap biscuits.. which might have had egg whites.

‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏

And I also took semi-inspiration from another family member.. who did not eat 'bazaar ki 'ice-cream.

Although I too knew that gelatin is used in jelly items, ice cream.. i did not 100% cutoff on outside ice-creams.

But often resisted and avoided.

May be gelatin is still mainly made from bone marrow extract.

May be synthetic gelatin does not require any processing of the bones of dead animals/ humans.

‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏

‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏

Either ways... my source of nasha... may NEVER be to gorge on other animals (which are oviparous, viviparous).

‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏

‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏

I admire @bumblefoot sir and others in that they at-least considered vegan diets.. or even converted to it (vegan diet)

But I simply am unable to give up on desi (homemade) curd/ dahi.

So yeah... my 'nasha' (if it could be called such) is 'dahi' (that too.. not bazaar ka).‏

You cannot buy Atlantic wild pink Salmons as these are rare even for the scandinavians. What you get from market is lab variant orange salmon which takes 4-6weeks to produce and cheaper.  Comparatively, cultivated farm salmons (which are also not wild variants) are pricey and take 3 years to produce.
