Where does card discount apply at mi.com?

I have hdfc card and I’m trying to place order for poco priced at 15999. But the order gets placed before payment step. Payment step comes placing order where it shows full amount. if I enter card details at this step, will i not get charged full amount of 15999 and not the discount price? It is a little confusing.
.
Can someone who has bought from mi confirm?

any instant disount applicable applies after entering card details. Enter card details and it should show discount, beisdes you need to provide otp to place order. Disable sms access to app if you are ordering via app.

@caks2006407 Not new. Closed my accounts with ICICI and Axis few years ago, including all credit cards. Don’t like having too many accounts and cards unnecessarily. Been shopping online since 2003. Anyway.
