Basic investment idea.
Now gold is in trend.
you can try using wint wealth to invest in Senior Secured Bonds. Some bonds give upto 11-12% interest. I am using it since an year and very happy with it. (pm for referral link)
Do you think it is a good time to invest in TCS / Infosys?
AVOID
@imAbhi27 bhai pls tell me also how can i earn 1Lakh for next level (i.e.) investment ?😬
Any aggregator website with updated FD rates across banks/SFBs available? The ones I am seeing on google have not been updated since some time.
I had myself being searching for this for months on end with no result!
So now I do a quick scan through the bank websites pages where they mention the FD rates.
Surprising noone suggested ipl betting in IPL season. Most of my frnds invested ..
PM me for referal link LoL..
Buy gold
If you don't want loose your capital invest in gold,
if u r Salaried person invest in vpf
8.1% this year
If u get more than 8.5% it's 95% risky business hardly can't trust
VPF? Who wants to lock for such long time?
TCS balance sheet is better.
I am not going to suggest low-interest and long term options as we all are aware of those.
I always suggest you diversify your investment [among MF, Bond, ID, etc], but still, if you have an appetite for a bit of risk try investing in reputated Invoice discount, bonds, and p2p.
my childhood friend works in a startup and we have analyzed the whole platform inside out, so i rated that one as #1 as of now, So for ID, NCD, bond I use that platform.
- Always invest in Great Anchor's such as amazon, HUL, nestle because we know these companies are not going anywhere at least for 3 months LOL
- But still we cannot trust anybody So i always try to invest for short term as 1 -3 months and the IRR would be around 12.5% avg.
* remember for an Invoice discount if someone is offering you more than 13.5% don't invest there because there is a very high risk in that because that's not the market rate.*
I have been studying and investing for the last 7-8 years in all types of investment options, I have tested most of them [from fd's to crypto], So now I am just trying how i can beat the inflation and bank return.
I forgot to mention about p2p, Dont go with very early startup for those, as they offer higher return and for higher returns their userbase is mostly from tier 2 and 3 city and that's why risk increase exponentially, for p2p right now i think 12% is avg market return and go with well funded startup and name only.
As you are Experienced guy.
We Need your Knowledge, (specially about how are you getting some return in short term). 😀
What do you learn in journey which opposite to YouTube Influencers Knowledge?😬
Much more things about Investment, which in this time people getting wrongly or understanding wrongly?
1. Define "Good returns".
2. It depends on how much risk are you willing to take
3. Tenor of the investment?
I have sent you a link. You can invest in that platform.
upto 12% short term returns.
Bhai .. not everything (in life) is about getting referral benefits.
.
.
.
Also, all SpeakAsia, Questnet, Sahara FDs, FTX (crypto scam) and others too had the same M.O. (modus operandi).
The M.O. of building initial trust by creating a few layers of happy investors.. who get their funds
(They get their funds, returns mainly from the new victims/ investors that get sucked in.)
.
Then eventually... the curtains drop.
Invest in INVOICE DISCOUNTING for 10-12 % returns. I use TradeCred.
Safer investment than P2P Lending.
In any lending/borrowing agreement, one of the most crucial clauses is "Default Clause" - What events will constitute as Default & what actions/steps can be taken (or the lender is authorised to take) if Default happens.
Unfortunately, TradeCred guys have just not mentioned anything in terms of actions in case of default. The Default clause itself is missing!!! - HUGE RED FLAG!
Which literally means that legally, as per the agreement, you are not entitled/authorised as a lender to take any action against the borrower if the borrower defaults!!!
In crude layman terms - Take my money, If you return it then good since I make some money(interest). If you don't return it - <silence> 😂
My suggestion - Get your money out at the earliest. Coz when the music stops, there are no chairs itself in this musical chair game called TradeCred! 😂
