Where to complaint against Airtel thanks app

Hii i have made a cc bill on 2nd june on Airtel thanks app and it was pending that time i thought it will get process in sometime and later forgot now i checked some days ago that bill is still pending and i didn't get any bill amount in credit card or refund from bank

Now i am trying to contact Airtel thanks app on X(Twitter) or their mail but they are saying that we handle only Airtel payment bank things and closing my query without giving solution..
What to do now...where to complaint to Rbi ombudsman against these morons... didn't get any solution yet.. please guide

Complaint to source bank that transaction failed, they will refund.

Also do complaint to RBI ombudsman, someone has to teach this Airtel thanks people some lesson. Also in complaint do mention compensation amount

Doesn't matter where you complain if you don't have an airtel payment bank account they will not help. I have been through the same the only difference was my payment failed but money was deducted. I did receive a refund after 21 working days.

How much late payment charges  or finance or interest charges by credit card provider? 😄 you forgot to mention?

Instead of complaining to Airtel, try to directly pay your Card Account to avoid CIBIL Score damage. ...now For the payment thats stuck in Airtel, Write to CPGRAMS and RBI Ombudsman.

I am facing the similar problem. I applied for Flipkart Axis Bank Card. Initially they showed welcome benefits of Rs 1100 but gave me only Rs 500 Flipkart voucher. I complained to flipkart and they told me to wait for 30 days if not given within 30 days then reopen the issue. Now I am sending message to x, over email but they are only replying that we have already resolved your query...

The 1100 is calculate as follows:

₹500 Flipkart GV on first transaction

₹500 Clear trip GV on first transaction on flipkart. (I think this one is different for different users)

50% (Upto ₹100) off on first swiggy transaction (Using code AXISFKNEW). This should be the first swiggy order of the user. (This is the stupidest welcome benefit I ever saw)

if there is a bbps id make a complaint to bbps they will sort it out . otherwise write an email app chat is 💩
