Which apple watch to prefer between series SE 2 and series 7?

Which apple watch would be preferable for a user who just wants to complete the apple ecosystem and just wants a watch as an accessory.

I am aware of the few differences between the watch SE & the series 7 yet still need more views by someone who is actually using it or knows more about the same.
