what must be the pc capability to do this smoothly !
Assuming 1080p resolution, at least 11th gen intel or ryzen 5 4xxx is required but obviously newer gen would be better. Depending on what type of effects are required & whether those effects need graphics card, a dedicated graphics card may also be needed. Min 16gb ram but prefer 32gb ram & a dram ssd(either sata ones like MX500 or samsung 860/870 evo) or dram NVMe ssd like crucial P5 Plus or samsung 970 evo plus. Don't forget a good psu which will cost at least 4k.
filmora is easy to use but has limited effects and flexibility while premiere pro maybe a bit complicated but u can do everything there
You can get Movavi studio lifetime license from Amazon for around 1600/-, easy to use and has almost all features l.
