In salary saving account, if you want to for highest interest rate which I think is still offered by kotak at 6.5%.
if you want perks but low interest rates go for HDFC. I don’t think it’s to good for perks
But I have heard IDFC it’s giving good attractive debit card offers with good interest rate to salary saving holder!

I have currently have IndusInd salary ac, LTF Sinagatutre debit card, 0 MAB, 50% off on locker fee, free dd, unlimited cheque (limited to 30 per month) + 4 zero balance ac for family members, unlimited atm acess. Etc, looks far better thn others + othwr normal offers
Axis bank and Indusind bank give great salary account
Icici has good services and minimal or zero charges for salried
Be it dd cheques…nil balance…no atm withdraw limits

I had no issues with Citibank. They have a “Dont come to my bank branch” kind of attitude. At first it was odd, but then I saw they managed to assist me without the need to go to a bank.
Now I hear that they may wind up their India operations soon. To avoid a YES bank kind of shock, am trying to look to switch banks.
Reading the valuable suggestions here I am unable to see who gives such good service with online facilities like DD, Chequebook, CC, DC renewals etc.
Also Citi offers some good discounts on Wakefit, and some other products. Last month I got 2000 rs Amazon voucher for a spending around 10K or so in a particular period.
Anyone who can match such stuff, would jump there 😄

Citibank is the best, service is miles ahead of anyone else.
I have used Standard Chartered, HDFC and Axis. Found HDFC to be the best.
Go for hdfc or icici.. Nothing is special but you will get 0 balance account + good credit card limit preference.
How 0 balance account?
Does having salary account in one bank provides any benefit while taking home loan from that bank?
Sad to see Citi got less votes but the those who have Citi knows the ans is citi to this question 
May be something to do with the exit from Citi from India. It will be no longer an option in few months.

Citi, in my opinion, is the best out there. Their customer orientation and service levels are unmatched. With Citi about to exit India soon, am most likely going back to HDFC in a few months.

ICICI, one of the best banking app imo but thanks to Amazon Pay and CRED it no longer really matters now a lot.
Also you get ICICI Amazon Pay Card instantly if you are a ICICI savings account holder and card user. Card gets instantly delivered in 2 days. No checks etc. One of the best if not the best lifetime free cc out there!
