Actually my brother wants to open a bank account online and needs t within 2 days. Does any bank online support accpunt opening without aadhaar otp as his mobile is not linked with aadhaar? He has pan card.
all banks allow it but without aadhar otp it has restrictions. for full kyc and to enable all features tell him to do full kyc from branch.

No any Bank account will open Without Aadhaar OTP as For opening Account every bank Fetches your details through Aadhaar which isn’t Possible with OTP.
