Well this doctor does not use any toothpaste (1:57) at least that’s what he claims. And when a doctor claims to use nothing on a public platform then I generally give the doctor’s opinion a bit more weight. 🙂
Relative Dentin Abrasivity (RDA) is the risk of the daily regimen of toothpaste to your teeth.
The American Dental Association (ADA) and friends determined that, ideally, the RDA of a toothpaste should be 70 or below. Outside of brushing with plain water, the next lowest RDA value of 7 came in as, surprisingly, plain baking soda. Take a closer look at this chart, which is compiled from 24 sources, independent research and manufacturer data. Are you experiencing different levels of sensitivity with your toothpaste selection? Switching to a less abrasive choice may be your answer! Source: https://www.familydentisttree.com/abrasive-toot...

My dentist recommends me Stolin – R toothpaste. I really don’t know its RDA rating. She also recommends me a soft bristled brush and interdental brush.

patanjali, dabur, meshwak are good
After trying many, settled on Vicco paste….. Unfortunately Vicco is not there in your voter’s list.
using vicco paste for last 10 year i think
Jo sasta mil jaye offer mein
Kaunsa apne ko ananat kaal tak jeena 🙂
Why Himalaya not in the list?
Because himalaya products are shit 🤮🤮and full of harmful chemicals in the name of ayurved. himalaya company use different ingredients for manufacturing same product for India and export . In past, US banned some himalaya products for harmful ingredients, later company said these products were meant for India and not for export
I’m using Abott Hydent Pro since last 1 year, costly yes but I don’t have to pay for pharmacy.
Prescribed by Dentist?? As it is a prescription based toothpaste.
I’m using Dabur red toothpaste (better than gel) since few years and hardly faced any dental issues. Dabur red powder is best but it’s not user friendly. I guess it’s flouride free also.
patthar ko patthar h kaat ta h 😄
Used to be colgate but suffering from toothache/cavity, even after root canal. I Changed to Sensodyne 3 months back, on doc recommendation, but still have discomfort, so have started using vajradanti this week-so far so good.
Bhai, teeth man. They are sooo hard. But when they start giving pain it’s a nightmare. 😭😭😭
Acha, what did you do after getting a cavity after root canal? I mean what did the dentist suggest?
Patanjali
reason: made in India
Good discussion bro … I use colgate max fresh….
when i visit my village I use neem .. which is really very good..
@MrKool_JJ @Original @kartikxxx @batmanBABA @bikidas2060 @YSK @Citroen_Xantia @Chudiya @Xtreme1319 @cashif @Rosh_0007 @dr.house @Altruist Can someone please recommend toothpaste for yellow plaque removal.
From my experience… Dabur red removed yellow plaques.
Vicco or Dabur’s Ayurvedic tooth powders – no fluff, no preservatives, no BPAs, affordable and cost-effective.
Using pepsodent germicheck for quit peroiod and still left with some teeth. I am only 70.
From last 2 weeks i have been thinking of changing my tooth paste. Your post timing is helping me. Will decide after reading some opinions.
From last 4 years my frequently used paste is Colgate Vedshakti or Dabur Red.
Before that Closeup.
In School days Colgate regular.
Occasionally tried Pepsodent, Colgate max fresh, meswak, patanjali dantkanti but Didn’t like them.
Used sensodyne for years. Shifted to Patanjali in the last 2years after trying it once and it actually feels better for me.
dabur red, its good for my masoore
I use Dabur Red these days. Earlier used Coltage, but since it has SLS / Flouride or something, I used to get mouth ulcers often. So then stopped using that.
Fluoride is needed for teeth. If water you drink has good level of fluoride then you wont need fluoride toothpaste otherwise you will need it to avoid cavities and enamel loss
using Isha tooth powder …it’s too good
patanjali danthkanti, its the best toothpaste
Neema ka ped h pass m biana floride aur bina namak wala …
Aur best h kala namak + haldi + sarso ka tel …..
And sometimes use coconut oil for oil pulling
once ordered few things from medbuddy using 50 % off coupon ( I paid around 176) they delivered 4 packet of Colgate sensetive each one containing 2 so total 8
so using these only. It’s good
Colgate Regular .. since as long as remember ( previously Colgate Powder ) then shifted to paste .
If you eat Vimal or any Paan Patti you won’t need any toothpaste and all.
Bolo jubaan kesari
Brush n gargle karna important hai…tooth decay happens bcos of food particles if left during long hours of sleep… Baaki sab bakwas hai ..kaun sa bhi tooth paste use karlo
Patanjali Dant kanti
Sensodyne
Dabur meswak
I have been using Dabur Red Toothpaste from past 20 years and its till date the best amount along. The so powerful in taste that as soon as you put it in your mouth all sleepiness vanishes in air. I love the strong taste of the paste. It acts like a kick booster for me as soon as I get out of my bed. Rest all paste can be way better in other areas but when it comes to strong impactful flavour its Dabur Red. 😄
