You can pay some money and extend it by another 5 years. Go to your nearest RTO.

Take a NOC from Delhi Registration Authority and get it transferred to a place not falling in the NCR region. You would have to get a fitness check done too and once done, you'd be able to drive it for 5 more years BUT not in NCR Region.
At least you can sell this car.
Don't think of 15 years. Hopefully in the next 5-7 years, EVs will take over. There is a possibility that petrol/diesel cars might face a situation like 2Ws faced some years back due to pollution norms - suddenly getting obsolete & zero value in resale market!! Problem is EV cars are extremely expensive today!
For low usage & 5-7 years, you can think of a hatchback like Swift or Celerio.

Selling isnt an issue, i have a few people ready to take it off my hands and deal with extension themselves. Need suggestion for what to buy next, something with a long life with less maintainence required

for your typical usage 15l budget is overkill, and petrol/diesel may become obsolete or very expensive in 5 or 6 yrs
Renault Kwid one option

Petrol cars are not going anywhere for at least 10 years
