Which Credit Card is best for Offline swiping in general merchants stores/hotels/restaurants?

For restaurants the best card is kotak delight platinum card it gives u 10 percent cashback for any restaurant upto 600 per month , only disadvantage is u have to pay joining fees of 2000 and annual fees of 350

SBI simplysave card gives 2.5% worth reward points for all offline Dining, Movies, Departmental Stores and Grocery Spends. You can redeem the points for vouchers but check first whether these vouchers are something you can use.

must be due to groceries category.

@_One_Miller_ SBI card site is not clear enough about this, does both online & offline counts for grocery & departmental stores. If yes then what about using cards at local stores/small shops for groceries & other general use items.

Can anyone confirm practical examples of grocery, dining, movies and departmental stores based on your ‘real’ experience (not copy-paste from TnC) for SBI Simply Save Card ?

5) Offline Cloth stores / Kirana stores falls under which category ?
6) BookMyShow (BMS) eligible for 10x reward points in ‘movies’ category ?
7) Yatra/MMT/ClearTrip how much reward point they give for Simply Save, any idea ?

Any other spends, not mentioned above, which give 10x accelerated reward points based on your experience for Simply Save card ?

If its still relevant, tata titanium card gives 3%. I got one from croma store. Even though it is a co-branded card not much benefits at croma but 3% on groceries and departmental stores. Annual n joining fees 500 and waiver on 1lac spend
