Paytm first bcoz it’s provides 1% unlimited cash back cashback & it gets credited directly into your credit card account at the time of bill generated
&
Amazon Pay bcoz its provides upto 5%/3% & 1% unlimited cashback which is credited into Amazon Pay balance account at the time of bill generated

You can consider hsbc cash back credit card
Flipkart axis is better choice than paytm first cc bcoz both have same annual fees and Flipkart axis give 1.5% unlimited cashback in form of statement credit(in cc account)….
1 percent debit cards me hota to mazaa aata…anyone having suggestions on debit card….above all ICICI credit card is best
DCB bank debit card 1.6% cb on all spends 
Amazon Pay ICICI card is unbeatable out of all mentioned above.
