Which credit cards do you use? Which one do you recommend?

I have the following credit cards and I don't think I am getting the best out of them

- HDFC Diners Black (lifetime free through my college affiliation, for domestic and international airport lounges, dineout, and some other high discounts items like iPhones)

- ICICI Amazon card ( 5% on Amazon spend)

- CITI Bank rewards card (Pretty Useless)

- SBI Ola card ( I used to get 7% back on Ola but I got a car so pretty useless now)

- ICICI Rubyx card (Pretty useless since they moved away from the payback rewards program)

I need a card for non-Amazon online purchases and offline purchases. Here is what I spend approximately each month

- 20k on Travel (averaged over a year)

- 15K on Amazon

- 10k on Petrol

- 15k on Groceries (Blinkit, BigBasket)

- 10K to 20K on Other offline purchases

- 5k on Swiggy/Zomato

Could you share what combination of cards you use and which one you recommend to me?

I want to close some of these cards and open new ones that are actually useful.

With your spending pattern, I assume you can hit 1L spends atleast 3-4 months a year. With that in mind, please take just the Axis Magnus. You do not need any other card for anything else.

Buy gift vouchers from giftedge portal for most of your online and offline spends on selected brand shopping.

It's the only card you ever need right now.

For the 10K fee, you get 10k worth of Tatacliq voucher.

Rbl duet 1% cashback on all spends with bogo movies on weekend

Hdfc millennia 1% cashback, with 5 % cashback on partner merchants like Amazon, flipkart

Axis ace 2% cashback on all offline and non utility spends

Axis flipkart 1.5% on offline and 5 % on flipkart spends

Personality I have millennia, flipkart and rbl duet

Axis airtel for bigbasket/swiggy/zomato and sbi bpcl octane for petrol for offline try any other card or use brand vouchers or you can just apply for axis magnus as suggested by @prem4998 but only apply if you can spend 1L per month for atleast 5-6 months in a year

Keep DCB and ICICI Apay

Travel/Groceries/Petrol can be covered via it.

user Vouchers to the fullest to get 10% off

default rate if I am not mistaken is 3.3%... you dont need any other card when you have this as LTF.

for places where it is not accepted use ICICI APAY

No, I don't agree.

Even 2 or 3 months of 1L spends is fine with Magnus. Just buy vouchers on gyftr for those branded spends.

Bharat NXT charges 1.5% , you can get 1% cashback, remaining 0.5% you can pay cc bill on post pe, so now you are  withdrawing money with 0.01%, invest those 1Lakh to Bharat pe for month, you will get 900-1000rs

3.6% on pay gv and 6% on shopping gv if returns calculated based on voucher redemption. For airmiles, it's easily 10%+ and 15%+
