because it is additive for cement to close void to make less porous and technically putty is type of cement
as i know there is no such of product which is mix with paint for paitn
How about using m-seal? If it’s a small crack, apply m-seal first, push it as much as you can, then when it’s dry, scrub with sandpaper, apply putty, when dry again, do a sandpaper rub, then paint. I found cement develops noticeable fissure lines when used as a filler in small cracks.
Never used dr fixit so no idea about that.
m-seal will not work. wall is next to bathroom, and the entire wall is full of seepage.
i called 4 plumbers over 3 years. Nobody is able to figure out the source of seepage. So there is no solution for finding and fixing source of the problem
Only Dr Fixit and similar things can fix it.
