yaar Babaji aap phir shuru mat ho jao. Aap khud apni care le lo, utna kaafi hai.
Ye sab aap mistri ya professionals par chhod deejiye pleaseππ½.

Ek tou aap ko (aap ko kya, hum ko bhi) samjhega nahin ki kis brick wall mein issue hai aur kahain column/beam ke joint (with brick wall) ka issue hai.

Uss area mein jo bhi local (tar type) viscous waterproofing compound milte hoΓ±, uss se kaam chala lo.
Ya phir agar cracks or moisture pathway points identify ho jaaye tou.. unko khulwa kar (mistri will do it. If needed then with cheena-hatodi) phir.. outer/exterior taraf Asian Paints Damp Proof aur interior walls ke liye βAsian Paints Damp Block 2Kβ lagwa lena.
And then usual paint job over the area.
Lekin Asian Paints might be slightly costlier than a SpaceX tourist flight.

Fixit ke bhi liye, ultimately mistri ya technical person ke advice ke hisaab se hee kaam karna hoga.
Have they done site visit, checked amd themselves given material requirement or suggested a specific product?ββ
How about using m-seal? If itβs a small crack, apply m-seal first, push it as much as you can, then when itβs dry, scrub with sandpaper, apply putty, when dry again, do a sandpaper rub, then paint. I found cement develops noticeable fissure lines when used as a filler in small cracks.
Never used dr fixit so no idea about that.

m-seal will not work. wall is next to bathroom, and the entire wall is full of seepage.
i called 4 plumbers over 3 years. Nobody is able to figure out the source of seepage. So there is no solution for finding and fixing source of the problem
Only Dr Fixit and similar things can fix it.
hello call dr fixit people they will give water proofing with 5 year guarnatee

I know the solution. If you have an Indian style toilet then you will need to replace it for a western commode. The water build up outside the toilet seeps into the tiny cracks of marble n tiles. It ll be painful for pockets and two three days of your life. But it ll be a permanent solution.Β

if living in a society and seepage turns out to be from someone elseβs (poorly done) brick-bat, cladding in the wash area (of neighbour) above you
or
neighbour below you.
Then give a properly drafted letter to society, TAKE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT on O/C (office copy) for your records.
If e-mail of society is there and whatsapp groups are there.
Then send there also, for proof.
If seepage is from adjacent, upar/neechey apartments..
then nothing much possible except negotiations with them.
Plumbers ke bajayey koi proper business or water seepage issues waali company ke logoΓ± ko bulwa kar kyu nahin dikhatey!
Unki initial site visits (for identifying issue or for giving quotation to clients) tou free hee hoti hein.

Till the time source of seepage is fixed no waterproofing or any solution would be effective. You need to find the source of seepage and then fix it. Otherwise all solution would be temporary seepage would show after sometime.
Most common source is likely to be water pipeline leakage or sewerline issue. Sometimes seepage is due to ground water level or drain pipe leakage.
So my advice is to see any signs of some hairline cracks which may be near your water pipeline so get it fixed. Your internal line must be leaking or damaged so try to find yourself and get it fixed.
You can use normal dr.fixit lw+ in putty that would delay seepage from showing soon.
