I was thinking within Rs1000. Crizals are far costly.

Try lenskart.
But stay away from coolwinks.
I had the same issue few months back
apart from lens you must help your eyes in recovery.
do some eye excercise
try to eat thing which are good for eyes
also buy some eye drops too.

No i don’t think it’s any kind of phobia.
I had the same issue due to excessive use of my mobile and laptop.
I was also having the similar issue problem in seeing a little blurriness was there and strain on eyes.
It was due to ciliary muscles not able to change lens shape due to prolonged use of digital screen from short distances.
Maybe it’s similar for him

Is there any difference if we order online on Lenskart or do offline stores provide better eyeglasses….I mean quality wise.

One more thing there are also plenty options in Lenskart so which lenses to choose eg Vincent etc etc

Rightly said by @bikidas2060580 stop using device for few days or atleast minimise the usage as if you don’t give eyes some rest it’s gonna make it worst.
Also take short breaks in between the usage of digital screens and try to focus on distant wall for few seconds to change focus or you can also find some eye exercises online.
Mine is recovered now.
Few days care and some drops (don’t remember name of it) but prescribed by doctor.
Also i started eating citrous fruits which i used to hate and other things which helps eyesight.

This happened with me in two different years. I used to watch and read content on mobile whole day. my left eye vision became very blurry. I drank one glass (300ml) of carrot juice (for vitamin a) for 20-25 days regularly. Blurriness went away. Super clear vision since an year. No more issues.

Follow 20 20 20 rule.(for every 20 minutes look 20 feet away for 20 seconds, it will reduce eye strain)you you can also use eye drops prescribed by doc.
I use laptop/mobile for 12 to 14 hours a day too for work.

Someone please read this eye prescription and translate it in a format which is easier to understand.
