All oils are bad.
If you can’t avoid it, use saturated vegetable oils (coconut oil, palm oil) or animal fats (ghee, butter) for high temperature cooking (frying, baking).
Do note that consumption of saturated fats causes high cholesterol production in the body leading to heart related diseases.
Unsaturated oils (sunflower, soyabean etc.) oxidizes when heated and becomes toxic.

The best option is to get the fat requirements for your body from tree nuts and seeds – almond, cashew, walnut, sunflower seeds etc.

p.s. Companies that are selling “heart friendly” sunflower oils at a higher price are frauds. There is no such thing.
