If you really want the honest tracking & that too in a budget then go for HONOR BANDS or WATCHES
They are very accurate in comparison to these products in the same budget.

HONOR Band 6 Meteorite Black – 1.47’’ AMOLED Touch Display, Smart Watch Like Design, 14 Days Battery, SpO2, 24/7 Heart Rate, Stress & Sleep Monitor, Personalised Watch Faces, Workout Auto-Detection https://www.amazon.in/dp/B09BW26ZLX/ref=cm_sw_r...

You may or may not agree with me but fact is fitness trackers are not accurate enough yet, and  more of a cool accessory for fitness enthusiast.
It’s currently a technological limitation.

🤔   I wonder if measuring steps is the most important goal then most fitness trackers would have been designed to wear on legs not wrists… to measure leg movements more accurately.

And question is even if you do  get accurate information, what would do with that data?

So my choice would be to get a medical grade pulse oximeter and digital weight scale. Measure your pulse and oxygen saturation after workout. And check your weight changes regularly and log those stats.

Incase you are going for a fitness tracker it would be better to go for one which has a great  supporting app to analyse those data, and comes with newer magnetic chargers which would make it easy to charge the device regularly.

Both are same.. its just the display panel (Square vs Rectangle) shape that’s different

I have got multiple smart watches but recently i started using the OnePlus band more (Close to accurate sleep tracking & the Alarm – It can wake me up toungueout).

Step, Heart, SpO2 readings may not be accurate (Especially SpO2.. accurate reading needs you to stay still) but Heart rate tracking for gym goers is not a bad idea (If you’re getting suspicious readings consistently.. then you can get your BP checked via Upper-Arm based BP checkers ~ More Accurate)

Accuracy is same for all popular brands (Amazfit/Xiaomi, OnePlus/Oppo/RealMe, Huawei/Honor) but SpO2 reading will be more accurate when it is strapped tightly (Not a convenient option with large display smart watches)

Yes. My HB5 has had a hugely positive impact on my quality of sleep. The tip about restricting daytime nap to 20mins or so was a game changer for me. I know I might have stumbled upon this info elsewhere as well. Didn't need an alarm a few months after I started using the band in right earnest.

Fitness bands and even smartwatches like the Apple Watch are well off the mark w.r.t. heart rate measurement during vigorous exercise as per a recent research. But at least they err on the side of overestimation. I was always suspicious of the HR reading from my HB5 during jogging and after I purchased a Beurer PO30 I was able to confirm them. Gross overestimation upto 20-30BPM. Amongst the fitness bands Honor Bands are a little less inaccurate. Step tracking is mostly on the mark. Sleep tracking as well from what I can tell and as per reviews. SpO2 is only somewhat accurate on a consistent basis if measured at the fingertips.
