This shake is just to be in callory surplus with this I was taking eggs, protein and gym to gain muscle .
You will surely gain weight with this shake but to gain muscle you need to do some physical exercise to gain muscle you need 1-2gm protein per kg bodyweight
Endura Mass seem to work for many but keep in mind as others mentioned, you need to do some exercises(even doing 20-30 min daily at home will do) to not let all that extra weight accumulate as fat.
I OTOH keep losing weight. Started from around 62-63kg aiming to get to 65+ but down to 60.4 currently. Although waist size has gone down by 0.5" and muscles are a little bit improved but maybe the calorie deficient diet isn’t allowing the full potential of muscle development. Will continue till I lose the last couple of stubborn inches from my waistline.
I wouldn’t suggest you take any weight gainer. Instead, make a diet plan and follow it rigorously. Eat clean and healthy food with good fats and you’ll start seeing results soon as you work out every day.

Cousin took it a few years ago 2 times a day for a few months & it was beneficial. Not sure if quality has changed nowadays but if not then it should be fine today too. Do follow the banana & milk suggestion as mentioned above but with endura mass.

Bhai, muje thoda tummy andar Krna hai. My waist is around 35 now pehele 33 hota tha plus thoda abs aajaye to badiya.
Weekends me 10-15k steps easily krleta hu baki ka din jara down rehta hai sb. Body ko pamper krneka time hai ab.. Kuch acha recommend krsakte ho?
