Carrying and handling power banks is a big headache. Better buy a mobile with greater than 6000 mAh battery which can last the whole day

Any decent brand will do like Mi, Syska or Ambrane...20000 mAh will suffice OPs need i suppose.

Not much into these but had bought huawei metal body 13000mah (maybe??) about 5yrs+ ago, now ports loose and capacity less than 30%... Not a regular user, it's just lying around.

Go for MI Only, I have one since last 4 years and its still going strong.

20,000 mAH is very bulky though and carrying it with you is a headache to be honest.
