can this be applied via netbanking?

Or better yet, mobile banking. These a$$holes deactivated my internet banking because i entered wrong password 3 times. The worst bank in the history of banking, Back of Baroda, followed by the likes of Uco Bank etc.

I don’t know what benefits their credit card offers, but if one has Bank of Baroda account then that should be first priority to close off.

You obviously don’t know anything about the necessary cyber security policies that the banks need to maintain

You are one of those customers who can do anything online, but when it comes to banking you choose to be gaon ka volavala chora.we see plenty of u everday..

To op – open a bob account.

Lmao. Cyber security and Bob? Go pull your dumb jokes elsewhere. They are a farce, that’s the end of it. Bank of Baroda, Uco bank etc. they have online banking and mobile banking, a Twitter handle etc. services just for the sake of having them. Not a single thing works properly. Most times the servers are down, you can’t even check your account balance, let alone send a payment. After 10 pm the servers go more often than you can think of. Bunch of half ass IT pros, as they call them, (clowns IRL obviously) who is maintaining their online services, hence the outcome.

Those who actually care about using digital payments associated with a BoB account, you will experience what hell is. I do wish he actually opens a BoB account and find it himself though, that will be the best lesson. But for those of us who have many accounts in different banks for long time already know the reality of the situation.

It’s funny that title says PSU bank ccounts to open and description says he want to close existing account since he has many.

@Kim_Jong_jun share your existing accounts so that comparison can be made.

If you file 3 lakh ITR you can get the BOB card without fd

But FD Wala card gives more cashback

Moiz Hami realised the fraud when he went to Bank of Baroda on September 11 to update his son’s passbook.
As Zaheer was employed in India before, he had an account here. He left the country on July 15, 2018. “The bank did not send a single alert. The officials were speechless when asked why did they not inform me or block the card when transactions were being carried out every five seconds in the US,” Hami told TOI.

Hands down SBI. We all know their branch service is S*****t. But their NetBanking, Debit card, Mobile App is superb. Even better than HDFC 😂.
I have Axis, HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Andhra Bank(Union Bank) Account.

Best secure debit card is of ICICI (grid system which is their trademark so cannot be copied by other banks I guess).

Best netbanking is of HDFC (all these limits setting on cards & virtual cards are first introduced by HDFC & later followed by all other banks. HDFC netsafe is still considered the standard for virtual cards in India).

Best mobile app I have been told is of ICICI but I don’t have an acc there but I can tell you that Kotak 811 app had worked for me on a pathetic mobile data connection when sbi & HDFC failed to even load properly.

Bro OP asked about PSU banks. I don’t think HDFC, Axis, ICICI are PSU banks.
And everyone have their own preferences. And SBI NetBanking have plethora of options you don’t need to visit banks except for cash deposit.
In private sector banks ICICI have the best NetBanking as well iMobile is the best mobile app.

One often overlooked fact by many, SBI, ICICI & HDFC all 3 are officially given “too big to fail” tag by RBI meaning these banks are under strict constant monitoring of RBI & govt which means one can say that indirectly ICICI & HDFC can be considered as PSU banks just with higher rates. smile
