Brands are least bothered about tablets these days
There are very few options (if iPads are excluded) and also there is stock issue (due to corona/Online classes)

PS: Can expect few tablet deals from lenovo/honor/alcatel during sale days but none excited me
Honor Pad 5 4G (4+64) seems like a nice option but then it is only 8" (Would suggest min 10" for better multimedia experience)
https://www.amazon.in/HONOR-20-3cm-8-inch-Glaci...

Then there’s Samsung TabA 10.1 (3+32GB WIFI) for ~15k
Not a bad option but it might lag at times (Screen is LCD & exynos processor equivalent to SD 636)

Finally Lenovo Tab M10 // Currently @ 20k //
FHD+ Display, 4+128GB ram+storage option, Dual Speakers + Dolby Atmos
But it is mediatek P22T (Performance is comparable to SD 626*)

There is no lower variant for this particular model
There are other M10 variants but not FHD+ (large bezels they’ve)
This is a new launch so unsure about the sale price but 15k seems possible

Note: The processor is not fast enough but for multimedia usage, it should be fine

The main problem with Tab A series (WIFI at 15k & 4G+WIFI at 20k) is the RAM+Storage : 2GB (seriously?) + 32GB

Its only 120 pixels extra. Although I appreciate the 16:10 ratio as its a good fit for comics in portrait mode, those who put greater value in multimedia playback might find plain FHD to be better. On that note does Helio P22T even support H.265 10-bit in hardware? Or VP9 Part 2? Regardless its a bit too close to entry-level iPad.

After 2-3 years is battery life sustainable in lenovo tab??? As I have lenovo mobile and after 2 years it’s battery deteriorates badly

Min 4 GB RAM is needed in any Android these days. M10 las large screen size, 128 GB storage and also built in SIM. So with a blue tooth headset, you can even completely replace your mobile.

Battery life can be supplemented using power banks if needed

iPad isn’t suited for watching videos due to its 4:3(1.33) Aspect Ratio whereas modern videos are 16:9(1.77) or wider still. Unless you are fine with huge black bars or cropping which cuts out parts of the film.
16:10 is the best compromise between video playback and reading comics, PDFs/Magazines and other docs with a fixed layout. iPad is near perfect for PDFs and Mags.

It’s sold out everywhere. If it comes back, don’t hesitate, just buy it. Good resale value too.
