Thanks for tagging kg+ but not in my area
in india there is no tablet worth their prices….In china there are 2 very good companies for tablets….chuwi and teclast…two years ago I bought a one teclast T10 in 13000 from gearbest without customs…now t30 has been launched…belive me its the best with full hd display( T10 HAD 2K DISPLAY), 4gb ram 64 gb storage, 4g calling, top tier mediatek processor( MEDIATEK P70),dual sereo speakers, around 8000 mah battery…except gaming you can do everything. Now the situation has obviously changes as right now anti china sentiments going on…you have to pay hefty customs and also thing will not come in India very quickly

I have 1 chuwi , 2 Teclast and 1 cube dual boot tablets. Chuwi’s and 1 teclast’s battery got swollen, so soldered the charging cable directly. Other than that awesome tablet for the price. I opened all the tablets and I can say for sure that cube is better in terms of quality, atleast the ones that I used so far.

In $200 (initial price), the above one is a killer.

OP please add the suggestions you receive to your first post.

less used means??
is 2 year used a less used ??
ZUBBYDUBBY121 wrote:less used means??

More like around an year or 14 15 months at max. They do last long so you will be able to use them for another 3 years at least and it wont get sluggish like an android tab with a weak processor and 2gb ram.

what about battery backup after 3 year of use??
ZUBBYDUBBY121 wrote:what about battery backup after 3 year of use??
iPads work for several years without issues if you keep it properly and no bad luck happens (sometimes things go wrong and electronics go bad).
Also you would have peace of mind that you will get software support for at least 4-5 years. The only problem is that we in India are super used to using 3rd party apps to view content from questionable sources and that won’t be possible in iPad. For that purpose android is better.
We all use iPhone as primary devices but for tablet, I have android Fire HD 10 (bought from US).

is that android fire available in india??
DinoRaj wrote:NEVER BUY AN IPHONE OR IPAD. I have made that mistake once and not again. I still have the iPhone 5 (First LTE) and iPad 2 mini from Charity Gift. Both of them are a joke now with 20Mbps download speed on my 100 Mbps Internet
Within 2 year you will see it will degrade in performance, Apple will release updates that will not only slow down you iPad/iPhone but also block downloading Apps and you will be forced to upgrade which is not an option in India!!!
This is a common strategy in US since 90% users have postpaid plans that renew in 2 years making them eligible for next upgrade which is streamlined to Apple releasing a new version too!!
Back in 2017 Apple finally admitted to slowing down phones intentionally citing to protect and increase their battery life. However, in 2020 they have a $500 million lawsuit as experts found the phone was slowed down to keep the new version upgrade to be forced on users who become so dependent on the iPhone that they cannot switch to Android.
And there are a lot of security issues unless you have subscription for everything.
Apple devices were to show off earlier and now good-for-nothing.

Unfortunately no. But you can check other manufacturers and get something that fits your requirements and budget.

There are very few options (if iPads are excluded) and also there is stock issue (due to corona/Online classes)PS: Can expect few tablet deals from lenovo/honor/alcatel during sale days but none excited me
Honor Pad 5 4G (4+64) seems like a nice option but then it is only 8" (Would suggest min 10" for better multimedia experience)
https://www.amazon.in/HONOR-20-3cm-8-inch-Glaci...Then there’s Samsung TabA 10.1 (3+32GB WIFI) for ~15k
Not a bad option but it might lag at times (Screen is LCD & exynos processor equivalent to SD 636)Finally Lenovo Tab M10 // Currently @ 20k //
FHD+ Display, 4+128GB ram+storage option, Dual Speakers + Dolby Atmos
But it is mediatek P22T (Performance is comparable to SD 626*)

Any good back cover and tempered glass for this lenovo model

As someone who owns iPad 2 bought in 2012, iPhone 6S bought in 2015 and X in 2017, I completely disagree with you. All of these products work for us.
Also in my family we have SE bought in 2017, 5S bought in 2016 and they still work superb.

Ipad 2 bought in 2012, and still working fine? And what about its battery backup after such long time
Lenovo Tab M10 under 15K on Croma.
Lenovo Tab M10 Wi-Fi + 4G LTE Android Tablet (Android 8.0, 25.65cm (10.09 inch), 32GB ROM

Battery backup is great. It has had only 500 cycles as once charged ipad battery lasts long and it is not like we use iPad 24X7. I am going to buy new iPad hopefully once it is announced and expect to keep it for at least 7 years.

Apple is very notorious with battery. Although the battery will be in good condition, they will force to change it anyway
I own MBP since 2015. Now battery health has degraded to around 50% (means can still hold good charge) but apple is now showing warning to change the battery. It doesn’t let run MBP on battery. As soon as I remove power source, it gets shut down. So be careful

Once battery health falls to 80% it usually depletes pretty rapidly thereafter.
