I m 28 and I’m seeing lot of white hair on head and sides, somone help. is there a way to stop it. Is it my diet? some sort of vitamin deficient something?
28 is fine as compare to see many guys in early 20s with white hair But yes sill take some precautions/treatment
Hair club for men, they will remove the white hair and stick a black plastic brussel there instead so it all looks black…

The right age for greying hair starts at 28 itself in present generation irrespective of stress level.
Lifestyle, age and vitamin supplement are key features.
Have a good sleep at night.. not midnight (most people going to bed sleep only after 1am, which needs to be changed)
Stop using your phone atleast 1 hr before going to bed, the blue light of the phone reduces the sleep harmone.
Eat 4-5 raw curry leaves every day (if possible)
Make some headmassage/ head exercise by yourself to improve blood circulation in head hair follicles.

Two of my friends both had full hair. One’s started greying early and the other one used to mock him. Fast forward ten years…. the first has full grey hair and the latter no hair… joke’s on whom?

The only choice left for you is to stop further greying of remaining hair. Hair once lose Melanin a pigment responsible for giving black colour to hair may not reverse back to its original colour. My advice
1) consume raw gosseberry(amla) daily
2) reduce your stress
3) don’t use hair color , go for henna
4) take full sleep.
5) (curry leaves+ coconutoil) massage your scalp with this oil 3 times in a week .
