What is hindenburg research and why they are worry about a Indian company?
Don't you guys think that should more care about their own country and businesses ? 😗
If SEBI and adani join hands then who will expose such companies.
This is a connected world, globalization, etc.
Hinderberg is making money as they are short on Adani, that is their business model, find bubbles by analysis and short and then spread the news out.
Hindenburg is a short seller.
Adani is a fraud rightly exposed by them.
Hindenburg are activist short sellers. They take short positions and then release their reports on various companies where they find irregularities. Once the stock crashes they make millions, rinse and repeat.

Are we Indians stooped so low in terms of morality? The Group is a fraud company.
Just go and see documentaries on 2008 stock market crash, every comment on that asks for more punishment to perpetrators( Americans asking to punish Americans ) . But today in my country most of the people are still vehemently defending a fraudster. No wonder many have already run from this country.
You know why many NRIs are silently living in other countries? Because they can more honest government systems.
But today everything in my country out there openly bleeding. Yes, it is not adani shares that are bleeding, it is country's morality out there which is openly bleeding. Large Institutions, regulators everyone is silenced just to give one Group leeway to do as they wish. And now it is leaking.
But no need to worry too much. Just couple of days and they'll patch this up with one more creative accounting. And everything will get to normal.
And before someone brand me partisan to opposition, ever since I read 'Not Just an Accountant: The Diary of the Nation's Conscience Keeper', I was never a fan of that political party. Now I don't need to read one more book on what this Govt is doing.
SEBI Should have acted before Hindenburg, But SEBI officials are hand in glove with Adani, hence needed some outsider to expose the fraud. Hindenburg has an awesome record in exposing fraud and if you are an investor, might learn something from them by reading their reports to check for irregularities in companies and save your hard earned money.

That's how typical political stuff work. People, who don't have to do anything with finances and stockmarket are saying Adani is fraud. It is just stupid talk. It does not hold water in court of law. If port is there then there will be some smugglers. That does not mean that port owner is responsible. People patch things from here and there and say that Adani is fraud.

The PE was sooo high. The stock went higher and higher. Now people are saying there is stock manipulation. See, after covid collapse, stocks got lucky. If we check with Adani's contribution.
Promoter pledge is being reduced. He sold some shares in June and bought back some in September. Right after he sold shares the shares rose and right after he bought back some the shares stood there. Every stock is manipulated. Adani took a hit because of higher valuations. It was supposed to happen with or without the hindenburg report.

So Hindenburg actually shorted Adani Shares and then spread the news so they can gain maximum profit out of the share fall, and by doing so they will drain away wealth of Indians who have invested in Adani's stock to their own country which is USA, correct bro ?
That means the more the Share of Adani falls , more of India's wealth will go to USA.
