Maybe axis.
It seem to be going aggressive a bit. This time there were better festive offers on axis cards (through grab deals) than hdfc. Never saw such offers from axis earlier.

Intoo hold citi bank and wanted dbs to win ( dbs is bidding citi in souteast countiries )
But for india its fight between axis and kotak and probably kotak will win as it got heavy capital support
